Two Mountains (operated by Kangde (HK) Jiankang Technology Limited) offers a philosophical guidance subscription service at $8.8/month. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
If you are not satisfied with Two Mountains within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@privmuse.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription will be paused until payment is restored.
Beyond the 7-day guarantee, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. We may issue partial refunds for duplicate charges or confirmed technical failures. Contact support with your order details.
