PrivMuse is operated by Kangde (HK) Jiankang Technology Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how PrivMuse handles information submitted through privmuse.com and related digital delivery flows.

Information We Collect

We may collect chat messages, Muse selections, emotional signals, intake answers, delivery contact details, payment status, order details, and basic technical information needed to run and protect the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Muse replies, prepare private rituals, process orders, deliver digital services, remember approved relationship context, improve retention flows, prevent abuse, and support customer service.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. PrivMuse does not ask you to submit full card numbers or wallet private keys on privmuse.com. Payment providers may process payment, fraud prevention, and compliance data under their own policies.

Memory And Control

Relationship memory should be consent-based. You may ask PrivMuse to avoid saving sensitive details, keep a session temporary, or request deletion of stored delivery and relationship notes when reasonably possible.

Future Letter Founder Pilot

The Future Letter reservation form collects commission context and contact details, not voice notes or photographs. If you purchase the pilot, wait for the approved private-intake route before submitting personal media. Pilot materials must be owned by you or shared with proper authorization and are used only to prepare the commissioned work.

Raw pilot uploads are scheduled for deletion within seven days after final delivery. PrivMuse may retain the minimum order, payment, consent, delivery, deletion, and support records needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Private delivery pages are unlisted and excluded from search indexing; customers may request page deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell personal chat content. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate hosting, AI generation, payment processing, analytics, security, and digital delivery.
