PrivMuse is operated by Kangde (HK) Jiankang Technology Limited. This Refund Policy applies to digital PrivMuse products purchased through privmuse.com or approved checkout links.
Digital Product Policy
PrivMuse products are digital services. Once a personalized message, private ritual, story, delivery, or subscription period has started, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law or approved by PrivMuse support.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, clear technical failures, confirmed non-delivery, or cancellation requests received before personalized work has begun.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals can be cancelled for future periods. Partial refunds for an active billing period are generally not provided after the period has started unless required by applicable law or approved by PrivMuse support.
Crypto And Stablecoin Payments
Stablecoin payments may require network or provider confirmation before PrivMuse can treat an order as paid. Refunds, when approved, may be returned through the original provider or another reasonable method depending on the payment processor and network involved.
